Learning and Development Manager
Salary: Up to £40k+Bonus

Your role will be key in the training and development activities of multiple manufacturing sites
This role requires extensive Learning and Development experience coupled with a strong background in HR
Main responsibilities:
Coaching and the Development of Senior Managers/Directors in a wide range of Training and HR spheres which will require the ability to influence and create working relationships quickly/effectively.
· Development and implementation of a training policy and procedures
· Complete overhaul of the existing training materials
· Development of a comprehensive skills matrix
· Development of a site-wide training plan
· Development of a training recording system
This role will require the individual to perform an HR advisory function in addition to the current Human Resource team.
The ideal candidate will be CPID qualified with manufacturing HR and L & D experience.
