This highly successful and rapidly expanding utilities company are looking to recruit a team leader for their office-based engineering coordination team (currently 6 people but the team will grow to 10-12 over the next year).

Engineering coordinators within the company schedule the workload for meter installation engineers based in the field across the UK, as well as liaising with clients to ensure engineers are expected on site and have access to all necessary equipment. The team leader will need experience of this environment in order to command respect from the team members, in addition to knowing how processes can be improved.

You will be responsible for implementing various best practise processes, such as:

· KPI management
· Conducting monthly 1-2-1 reviews and setting objectives for the staff
· Identify areas in which the team could benefit from training
· Streamline work habits in order to maximise efficiency
· Motivate your team to succeed and welcome new members as the team grows

Essential skills, experience and character:

· Office or call centre-based team leading experience
· Experience of scheduling engineering work
· Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement change within an established business
· Ability to motivate team by introducing KPIs, competitions etc
