Customer Operations Manager – c £35k (West Wales)
Our client currently have a new opportunity for a Customer Operations Manager for their manufacturing facility based in West Wales.
The main purpose of the role will be to develop and implement the strategic direction of the customer service function: managing Customer Services, Sales Order Processing and Logistics & Distribution. Over all control of KPI’s, Objectives and Budgets will be within this remit; as well as the management of three direct reports and 20 indirect.
The successful candidate will:
Have managerial experience within manufacturing
Be a Graduate or of Degree calibre
Be commercially astute
Have excellent planning and organisational skills
Have sound analytical knowledge
Be able to lead and motivate others within a customer focussed environment
Have the ability to relate and network at all levels
Be able to build and maintain relationships at senior level
Will be IT Literate
