IT Support Engineer - South Wales
Our client based in South Wales are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer.

·Our client is a dynamic and growing IT Support and Creative agency based in looking to expand it’s team to achieve it’s goal of providing it’s clients with the best IT support experience in the area.
·They provide a range of IT systems and associated support services to clients based in South East Wales, including desktops, laptops, servers, networks and VoIP systems.
They are looking for an individual to join their team who have a real passion for I.T, someone who understands the challenges faced by organisations when using their I.T system and provide solutions that exceed customers’ expectations. A keen ability to solve problems in a logical manner is essential, along with the communication skills to explain the solution to their clients in non-technical terms.
The successful candidate would ideally have 2 years’ experience in an IT Support role with practical experience of Microsoft products including Office, Small Business Server, Windows and Windows Server. An understanding of network configuration practices, familiarity with switches and routers from suppliers such as Netgear, Linksys, D-Link and Cisco is also required.
The role will be predominantly based at their offices but you will also be required to travel to their client’s premises when needed.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required. They will pay full HMRC Approved Mileage allowance for business travel.
