Contract Administrator
This is a new position with a multi-national organisation - with excellent opportunity for progression
This Person will process contracts whilst overseeing the following:
Ensures all contract details are key entered in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
Processes documents in accordance with agreed current policy whilst ensuring payout requirements are met at all times.
Ensures the correct marketing and support plans are used when processing contracts.
Focuses and ensures the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
To ensure ongoing adherence to all relevant compliance regulations that may govern the company's business and complete all regulatory knowledge training where applicable in a timely fashion.
The suitable candidate will possess the following:
Previous finance experience.
Previous database experience.
Basic knowledge of word processing package.
Demonstrated ability to use Excel spreadsheets.
